ASANA + ALIGNMENT

Study and practice of traditional yoga postures in detail. This workshop approach is great for beginners who need a slower pace and advanced practitioners wanting to deepen their knowledge and endure the challenge of sustaining asana for extended lengths of time. Address the demands that sitting still in one position for a long time places on the body, Various orientations are held for three to five minutes at a time in order to take stretching beyond the muscles, into the connective tissue;key to discovering subtle energy channels in the body, which are called nadis in yoga and meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
